You will be able to uncap her without gambling in the general card gacha in the future. Save carats for your favorite Umas, especially since the banner cycle is accelerated. Getting one copy is sufficient. The only exception is if you want to compete in high level PvP right away.
Kitasan Blacks support card, as you've heard, is really really good. And if you get uncaps its gonna be a lot better. HOWEVER. These are materials that let you uncap cards without duplicate cards. If youre worried this will be your only chance to max uncap a card (including the illustrious Kitasan Black) don't be!
