Names Freezing on HUD is a bug in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) and Warzone 2.0, where the names on the screen stick when four or more players are talking. Read on to find out more about this bug and learn how to fix it!

There is a high probability of the names not disappearing on the side when there are four or more players in a party talking at the same time. The names will stick on the HUD on the right side, even if the players have finished speaking.
Although it doesn't render the game unplayable, it still distracts some players when playing the game.
There's no known way to fix this problem yet on the game. Infinity Ward is already aware of the issue and currently working on a fix.
Restarting the game works for most players in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 to remove the frozen names on the HUD. However, it might go back again if players are talking simultaneously, so consider leaving the voice channel after restarting to avoid the issue.
If that hinders your communication with other players, you can always play even if there are names sticking on the screen. It doesn't block everything on the screen but only a very tiny portion on the side.
