Raids does not have a matchmaking feature available and can only be played with friends or party invites. Read on to learn about the restrictions of Raid lobbies and how to invite players in your party!
Raids are only playable in a private lobby by inviting your friends or recently encountered players to your party.
The only speculation for this restriction is that the objectives in Raids requires excellent coordination and precise communications in order to progress through the level; which is difficult to come by with random teammates and would usually result in poor team performance.
The Atomgrad Raids mission has a lot of puzzle-solving which requires all members of the party to communicate effectively in order to solve the codes - this will be extremely difficult to do with strangers which is why the mode promotes itself as being only restricted to invites to prevent disputes within a team.
