Modern Warfare 2 - December 2 Update

On December 2, an update for PC players was shipped that fixes multiple crashes and FPS drops when looking at locked operators for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Read on to learn more about the update and how to get the update.

Crashes and FPS Drop Fix for PC

In a tweet from the Beenox account, they announced an update that fixes a few issues on PC. No specific fixes were mentioned but this update should fix issues that cause multiple crashes on PC. This update should also fix an issue that causes FPS to drop when looking over locked Operators.

Modern Warfare 2 - December 2 update on Steam

In order to receive these fixes, players will need to update their game to receive this fix. To get the update, simply log-in to your Steam or Battle.net launchers and allow the game to auto-update before launching.
