Black Sites are the more elite version of Strongholds. They are only available in Battle Royale and cannot be found in DMZ. These are marked on the map by a skull icon.
Compared to Strongholds, these contain much stronger enemies, and can only be fully cleared by defeating a Juggernaut. However, Operators will be handsomely rewarded upon clearing a Black Site by getting a permanent Weapon Blueprint that can be used in any game mode, not just in Warzone 2.0. In addition, you'll get lots of Legendary weapons and equipment, and a permanent UAV of the surrounding area.
Black Sites can only be entered with the use of a Black Site Key. This is given to the first Operator or squad to clear out a Stronghold. You will need to prioritize getting to a Stronghold as quickly as possible if you want to enter a Black Site. Otherwise, you'll have to hunt down the Operators that have the key and loot it from their corpses.

How to Get Phantom's Call Blueprint
Apart from the customized loadout and blueprint, defeating the juggernaut will make him drop a number of high value items. The following is a list of items that can potentially be acquired after clearing a Black Site:
List of Possible Black Site Items |
---|
・Minigun ・Armor Box Field Upgrade ・Munitions Box Field Upgrade ・Advanced UAV ・Large Backpack ・Self-Revive Kit ・Durable Gas Mask ・Armor Plate ・Random Weapon |
Upon entering a Black Site, you will be engaged by multiple enemy AI as a challenge for acquiring the set of rewards. It is recommended to stick with your squad to have better chances of winning against the onlsaught of enemies in the vicinity.
Having your squadmates nearby allows them to revive you when you are gunned down so wait for the entire squad before opening the door. Before engaging a Black Site, it is also recommended to equip armor plates to boost survivability.
When entering a Black Site, a Juggernaut will appear after taking down a number of enemy AI in the location. The player will have to kill the juggernaut to obtain the blueprint and customized loadout.
It is recommended to take out the majority of Enemy AI in the Black Site before engaging the Juggernaut. Given its durability, isolating the Juggernaut will be key when taking it down.
Make use of tactical equipments to momentarily stun the Juggernaut. Headshots deal considerable damage on the Juggernaut as well so try landing these shots when he is stunned.
Lastly, equipping a riot shield is an effective way of deflecting its attacks. Once the juggernaut starts reloading, focus on landing shots on his head to maximize damage.
Black Sites are difficult to accomplish alone as enemy AI's will be flocking the area. Players can easily be pinned down by multiple enemies so having squadmates to support you will be key.
It is recommended to play Quads or Trios when playing battle royale if you are looking to secure Black Sites.
Black Sites and Strongholds will have different unlock conditions when players stumble upon them prior to being marked in the map. Black Sites will ask for a Black Site Key while Strongholds will ask the player to wait for a public event.

Given that Black Sites will have more enemy AI guarding its location, these buildings tend to be larger compared to Strongholds. Black Sites also contain an enemy juggernaut which requires a lot of space to move around.
