How to Get Phantom's Call Blueprint

You'll obtain the Phantom's Call Blueprint upon clearing out your first Black Site.

1 Warzone 2 - Black Site Key
Be part of the first Operators to clear out a Stronghold to obtain a Black Site Key. If other Operators have already acquired it, you'll need to hunt them down and loot it from them.

Once you have a key, check your map to find a designated Black Site location. Head to this point.

Enter the Black Site and take out all the enemy AI you encounter.

Warzone 2 - Black Site Rewards
Defeat a Juggernaut to unlock the Phantom's Call Blueprint. A notification will appear indicating you've unlocked it after beating him.

Warzone 2 - Black Sites - Phantom
After the match, open the Weapons menu and select the Vaznev-9K SMG to see and equip the new Blueprint.
