Unable to Access Main Menu During Match

Some players are experiencing an in-game issue that prevents them to access the main menu during a match. This prevents players from adjusting controls or graphics settings on the fly.

Update Requires Brief Restart

Infinity Ward has released a statement indicating that an update has been released to solve this issue. However, players will have to briefly restart the game for the update to take effect.
