Clothes are a commodity needed to upgrade a Burgage Plot to level 3 in Manor Lords. The Clothes production process can take a bit of time, but we'll show you how to make Clothes efficiently in our guide!
To produce and distribute Clothes in Manor Lords, you first need to construct buildings that can produce Dyes and Linen. Next you'll want to build a Tailor's Workshop extension on a Level 2 Burgage Plot. It looks easy with only three steps, but we'll break down each step for you.
Dyes are easy to acquire as long as you have a Berry Deposit nearby. All you need is a Forager's Hut and a Dyer's Workshop to produce Dyes.
Make sure that your region has a nearby Berry Deposit. Having it near your settlement center makes it easier for the collection and transportation of Berries.

As one of the primary sources of Food, you need to have a Forager's Hut in your colony. If it's farther away, production may take longer due to the time needed to transport the collected Berries from the forest to the Forager's Hut.

A Dyer's Workshop cannot do its function alone. It does not collect Berries from the Berry Deposit like the Forager's Hut; instead, it only gets its supply of Berries from the hut itself. Having them closer together greatly shortens the time needed to transport Berries from one building to the other.
Linen takes quite a long time to produce. However, its production pays off because of the amount it yields.
Check the map before deciding the plot of land for your Farm. It is best to check the fertility of each crop type before you start making a field. The greener the area, the better it is for planting Flax.
The next step to making Linen is building a field and farmhouse in the right location. Linen starts out as Flax, so you have to build your farm on top of land with high Flax fertility.
Click on your field and choose Flax as its crop, then assign some families to your farmhouse. The more families you have working in the farmhouse, the faster you can harvest your Flax and make Linen.

While you wait for the Flax to fully grow on the Farm, it's a good time to start building a Weaver's Workshop. Once you've harvested the Flax, your workshop will begin making Linen. Once you have enough, you can then build the last production building needed to produce Clothes.
The only thing missing now is Tailor's Workshop to produce Clothes. All you need now is a Level 2 Burgage Plot, 5 Planks, and 5 Regional Wealth in order to build one. It only takes 4 Timber to upgrade to a Burgage Plot Level 2 if you still don't have one.
