Spring (Mar-May)

Manor Lords - Spring
Spring is the best time to start gathering resources. Gather as much Berries as you can and start planting crops to harvest. This is the best season to start stocking up on resources so make use of it as much as you can.

Rains are also more frequent during spring so keep an eye out for possible thunderstrikes that may happen around your settlement!

Summer (Jun-Aug)

Manor Lords - Summer
Crops that you planted in the previous season will start to grow in the Summer. However, keep an eye on them and be aware of the occasional droughts that can happen during this season.

Autumn (Sep-Nov)

Manor Lords - Autumn
Autumn is the season you can harvest your crops. If you planned it out right from Spring, you can get a lot of resources, which is helpful to get through the next season. Berry Deposits start to dissappear during this season, so gather as many berries as you can!

Winter (Dec-Feb)

Manor Lords - Winter

Winter is considered as the survival season. Berry Deposits are gone and Firewood requirement is doubled to keep warm during this cold season. It's ideal to prepare your settlement for this season and keep your people alive until next Spring.

Select Three Types of Weather Events

Weather Events Details
None Weather only factors in-game as an aesthetic feature
Balanced Weather might affect crop earnings and droughts
Difficult Weather will drastically expose game to frequent thunderstrikes, droughts, and rains

At the start of your playthrough, you can select three types of weather events: None, Balanced, and Difficult.

Depending on what type of gameplay you would like to have, you can have the weather as only an aesthetic feature or have it have effects on your crops and resources.

Manor Lords - Thunderstrike Weather Event

If you chose to have weather have an effect on your gameplay, there are three types to watch out for in Manor Lords:

  • Rain - This weather can destroy supplies when they're not sheltered. It can also make your archers weaker during combat. Rain occurs randomly, so be sure to prepare!
  • Drought - This weather can affect and destroy your crops before harvest. Can randomly happen during the Summer season.
  • Thunderstrikes - This weather can randomly start fires! This will commonly accompany the rain, so watch out for any thunderstrikes that can occur.
