Commodities are resources created from the end products of Crafting Materials. They can be sold within your settlement, but will serve a greater purpose when used as tradable goods.

Unlock Backyard Extensions in Burgage Plots

Commodities are produced through the processing of other resources using workshops and extensions in your settlement. These workshops are available as extensions to your burgage plots.

How to Use Commodities

Sell Them In the Market Area

Commodities such as Shoes and Clothes are valuable resources that your own villagers may want. You can set up stalls in the Market Area for better distribution.

Sell Ale at The Tavern

Ale made from Barley in the Brewery can also be a commodity that your settlers will appreciate. Mind you, though that Ale has tendency to disrupt public even if it does slightly boost approval.

Sell at Trading Post

You can also send out commodities via the Trading Post in hopes that it could rake in more gold to your settlement.
