Conquest is one of three different victory conditions in Manor Lords. Check out what you need to do to achieve a Conquest victory and tips on how to win one.
To win a Conquest victory, you'll need to claim all regions on the map by using your Influence points. Once the entire map's under your reign, you'll have successfully beaten the game.
How to Claim and Settle a Region
Tips and Tricks to Win a Conquest Victory |

You'll want to focus on building a strong economy in one or two towns since you only need to claim all regions to win and not necessarily settle in each one. Focus on generating Regional Wealth instead of Treasury, since you'll only want Treasury to buy Retinue and Mercenaries.
If you expand to other regions too quickly, you won't have the necessary resources to support your empire and you could quickly lose approval or it might become too difficult to defend your lands.
Make sure that you're also gaining enough Influence since you'll need 1000 Influence to claim a region. With 8 different regions on the map, you'll need at least 7000 influence to claim every other region outside the one you've started in.
Focus on destroying bandit camps and set a Tithe that won't heavily decrease your approval so that you can constantly generate Influence outside of increasing your settlement level, enacting policies, and upgrading Churches or Manors.
If you're trying to claim a region that's already been claimed by an opposing lord, it will cost you 2000 Influence instead. When you do this, the AI will also defend their lands by declaring war on you. You'll then need to beat his army in the subsequent battle to win your claim over the region.
If you have an opposing AI lord to deal with, prioritize defeating them first. Since it costs twice as much influence to claim their territory, you'll want to stop them from claiming as much land as possible to minimize the amount of influence you'll need and the battles you need to fight.
Also, the AI will start actively sending troops to claim your territory if the AI aggressiveness is set to Aggressive. As for Balanced, they'll only fight you if there are no more neutral territories to claim. Make sure to get rid of them as soon as possible so that you'll only have to worry about invading bandits and raiders if they're enabled.
You'll also want to focus on increasing your population size since your Militia is tied to the amount of male villagers that you have. Keep your approval rating above 75% and have enough Burgage plots so that you have a steady increase of male villagers.
Upgrading a Burgage Plot to Level 3 lets the villagers living on the plot upgrade to Mail Armour when they join your Militia, as long as you have enough Mail Armour to supply them.
How to Upgrade Burgage Plot Levels
Since your Retinue is one of the best units that you can get, you'll want to increase the number of units it has by building Garrison Towers. Initially, you can have up to 12 units in a Retinue, and every Manor with a Garrison Tower will increase it by another 12 units.
