Growth is one of three different victory conditions in Manor Lords. Check out what you need to do to achieve a Growth victory and tips on how to win one.
Currently, there's a bug when you try to play Sandbox Mode after beating a Growth Victory. The game doesn't properly take you to Sandbox Mode, and it thinks that you're still trying to achieve a Growth Victory.
Unfortunately, there's no known fix for this, and the game will repeatedly take you back to the victory cutscene and end screen. You can even see that it shows your stats twice when you go back to the end screen.
To win a Growth Victory, you will need to upgrade your village to a Large Town settlement. Remember to check your Burgage Plots' needs so that you know what resources are required to upgrade them.

Regardless of what settlement level you're trying to reach, you will need to upgrade your Burgage Plots to advance a town's tier. Make sure that every Burgage Plot's needs are met so that you can upgrade them once you have the required materials.
You can check how many Burgage Plots need to be upgraded by hovering your cursor over the region name, and you can check each Burgage Plot's needs by clicking on the house.

Every Burgage Plot will have requirements that need to be met by having certain buildings and a market connected to them via a road. Focus on gathering or trading these types of resources so that you can upgrade your Burgage Plots to increase your Settlement Level.
You'll want to make sure to maintain a high approval rating since you'll be consistently growing your population to meet the requirements to upgrade your Burgage Plots.
The increased population size will also help you produce more goods to either sell or meet the needs to upgrade your Burgage Plots.
