How to Cure a Diseased Villager

Automatically Cured Over Time

Villagers will automatically get cured from their disease after a certain amount of time has passed. However, the diseased villager may stop working while they're sick, so make sure to stock up on Herbs to help them quickly recover.

Having Herbs stored in your village will have a chance of speeding up a villager's recovery. Upgrade a Forager's Hut to include a Herb Garden so that you have a constant supply of Herbs in case a villager catches a disease.

Have Multiple Food Sources

To prevent villagers from catching a disease, you'll want to have multiple different food sources, like having Berries, Meat, Bread, and Eggs stored in your village all at the same time. In case you can't easily produce different types of food, you can always import some via a Trading Post or a Food Cart.
