    Modern qq can't really keep up wth anything but story, but it's nice that she can use newer relics and planars like poet and tengoku@ livestream. Also running her wth newer characters isn't horrendous. She very well can clear moc 10 and even 11 wth the right team in certain boss rotations etc.

    dont waste ur math for her unless u got e4/e6, especially if u dont have sparkle or sunday. but if shes the character u personally like then go for it, better recommendation : herta

    I think it's fair. Without a doubt she's extremely strong. But she requires both high investment and her strength has a element of RNG to it that other strong characters don't have to worry about(Though Sparkle makes that a non issue for the most part). She's my main DPS cause she's my favorite but I wouldn't blame someone for not wanting to use her. Especially if they don't have the other 5 stars she needs in order to work.

    I haven’t even fully built qingque and sometimes shell do over 50k damage she needs to be tiered higher than A

    I like to use it if I've already used Skill just before using Basic ATK, since if I understand correctly Skill's DMG bonus is global, not just for Basic ATK. This gives max damage for Ultimate, sets up Hidden Hand if not already triggered by Skill, and gives certain buffs such as the 3* LC that increases ATK. It also purges her energy, and I prefer never to let any character's energy stay full for very long.

    You don't actually want to use her ult much because you want to pull as many times as possible to boost your own damge and get her E4 proc. It's basically used as back up when you get your E4 but not hidden hand. However it's great to use when you've done a lot of pulls and already have hidden hand as it gets buffed by both.

    Why does it's recommended to choose ATK% for Rope? It's it better to pick Energe regen so that her frequent ultimate can alleviate her risks?
