I haven’t even fully built qingque and sometimes shell do over 50k damage she needs to be tiered higher than A

This gives max damage for Ultimate, sets up Hidden Hand if not already triggered by Skill, and gives certain buffs such as the 3* LC that increases ATK. It also purges her energy, and I prefer never to let any character's energy stay full for very long.

Why does it's recommended to choose ATK% for Rope? It's it better to pick Energe regen so that her frequent ultimate can alleviate her risks?

can someone explain why before dawn is listed as her bis? it doesnt make sense to me. she cannot activate a follow up attack, right? so she cant use somnus corpus. is it just for the dmg buff? i prefer to keep before dawn on herta..
