Partially the damage buffs, but E4 Qingque gets a follow up attack when having autarky, so she can actually make use of somnus corpus
can someone explain why before dawn is listed as her bis? it doesnt make sense to me. she cannot activate a follow up attack, right? so she cant use somnus corpus. is it just for the dmg buff? i prefer to keep before dawn on herta..
my bad, even though cherry on top is triggered from the talent, the damage% comes from the basic attack disregard my comment below
at E6 any 4-star hero is SS if you have her at E4+ don't sleep on her. Focus on her Talent not her basic atk, this guide is wrong.
when i'm depressed, i use Qingque, and that healed my day!
This is why I like going to Keqing Mains for character builds. They have no tier lists and thoroughly study the characters. I don't even look at tier lists anymore because they're just hogwash.
How can they rate Qingque as a level B character? Her buffs are strong, come in multiples and can even wipe out an enemy in one shot Her rating on this site makes me question if they even research anything. As far as we know they data mine from other game sites, compile the info then draw lots to decide how favorably a character will be treated. Qingque deserves a far better rating than she is given.
Bouncing and floating tiles, hurling tiles at enemies, smacking tiles down on a floating platform, and an oversized fish with fireworks in the background? If this is how mahjong is played, sign me up, lol! Seriously though, she is a very fun character to play. I like to use her as my companion support.
honestly a fun character to play because of the rng, she does a great deal of dmg to quantum weak enemies. Not sure why she's B tier
i use her with arlan because he doesn't use skill points
Tier assignment for her should be split into 3. One for bad, one for mediocre, and one for great RNG.
