i just recalculated and my recommendation SPD for her is 128 for her SPD to reach 160 for anyone that use In The Night and Glamoth relic without having E2.
My build recommendation would be to reach 134 SPD using substats only. Then, you could use skill once to have 160 SPD. This is enough to trigger her signature max stack since you need at least 160 SPD, and Glamonth relic.

Asta+Seele is a perfect combo for maximizing Seele's lightcone passives and 2pc Glamoth Ornaments. As long as Seele's SPD is 120 by default, Asta's Ultimate will add her 50 SPD will unlock both 170 SPD traits.

Why would Seele fans be miserable? Given Sparkle is about to come out next patch. That is going to be a buff for Momo Quantum teams. with part of her kit, only taking effect. If you have other Quantum members on your team.
