The Hidden Hunter is a Grand Hunt Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong. Read on to see a full walkthrough to completing the side quest, rewards, how to start and its objectives.

How to Start The Hidden Hunter
Reach the Hidden Area of the Far Fields
To unlock this quest, players will have to reach the secret area in the Far Fields. Unlike the early areas, this will be much more difficult, and in some cases will require some abilities unlocked in Act 2, such as the Clawline.
Reaching this area will unlock the wish at the Bellhart Wishwell.
Requires Silk Soar in Act 3
This area is only accessible with the Silk Soar ability in Act 3. At Hunter's March, locate the statue of the lady and use Silk Soar to enter the hidden area.
The arena where you find the target of this quest is found at the bottom of a pit. After defeating it, the only way for you to escape would be to use the Silk Soar, which can only be accessed in Act 3.
Accept the Wish at Bellhart
The Hidden Hunter quest can be started by checking the Bellhart Wishwell, located next to Frey’s Shop in Bellhart. As a Grand Hunt quest, it will eventually require you to defeat a boss, so be sure to prepare your crests and tools before taking it on.

How to Complete The Hidden Hunter
Defeat Gurr the Outcast
First, head to the hidden area in the Far Fields and make your way to the middle-right section. The easiest way to reach this location is through Greymoor.
Keep moving right, and near the pathways you’ll find a trap that you need to interact with to find Gurr. Defeat this boss to access the room behind.
Take the Grass Doll
Proceed to the room on the left, climb up the platforms, and near the top you’ll find the Grass Doll. Use Silk Soar to escape the pit, before going back to deposit the doll in Bellhart afterward to complete the wish.
The Hidden Hunter Rewards
Obtain a Mask Shard
You can get a Mask Shard after completing this quest. Collecting four of these will permanently increase your health by one Mask!
