Spider Strings can be purchased for 320 Rosaries from Jubilana at Songclave. Make sure to gather enough Rosaries before buying or crafting this tool.
Complete The Lost Merchant Wish
The Spider Strings only show up in Jubilana's wares after completing her second quest, The Lost Merchant. After accepting this quest, players will need to look for Jubilana in the Memorium. This place is only accessible with the Faydown Cloak.
Complete Prerequisite Quests

The Spider Strings strengthen the effect of the Needolin, increasing its range. While the Needolin is mainly used to open up doors such as the one in Weavenest Atla, using the Needolin can also stun enemies for a brief moment.
Hear the Thoughts of Enemies and Allies
Playing the Needolin around the NPC's and enemies throughout Pharloom will allow Hornet to read their thoughts. While this serves no purpose, this gives insight into the story of Hollow Knight: Silksong.
