How to Get Wreath of Purity
Head to Putrified Ducts
From the Bellway in Putrified Ducts, head to the room above and follow the rooms leading to the right and below.

Reach the Upper Right Section
Go to the right and follow the path until you reach a platform where the Wreath of Purity is.
Try not to get pulled in by the enemies above, as that will take you to a different area!
How to Use Wreath of Purity
Equip to Repel Muckmaggot Infection
The Wreath of Purity is a great defensive tool that helps you resist Muckmaggots, which are commonly found in Putrified Ducts, Bilewater, and Sinner's Road. It’s also recommended during the Disgraced Chef Lugoli boss battle, since one of his attack patterns involves muckmaggots which prevent you from healing when hit.
The Wreath of Purity lasts for about ten seconds before breaking. If it breaks, you can rest on a bench to restore it and use it again on your journey.
