Spool Extender can be purchased for 720 Rosaries from Jubilana at Songclave. Make sure to gather enough Rosaries before buying or crafting this tool.
Jubilana will only become available after completing the Wandering Merchant side quest. Make sure to finish this first so you can purchase the Spool Extender from her.
