How to Get Needle Phial

Obtained from Zylotol in the Wormways

Needle Phial Map Location

Players can obtain the Needle Phial from Zylotol after speaking to him Twice when you find him in the Wormways. Players will have to access the Wormways through either Shellwood or Bone Bottom, and obtain a Simple Key to access the the rest of the Wormways.

Extract Plasmium in Alchemist's Assistant

Extract Plasmium from Plants

The Needle Phial is an incomplete tool that is given by Zylotol to Hornet in order to extract Plasmium from Plasmium Plants. During the quest Alchemist's Assistant, players will have to locate three Plasmium Plants and use the Needle Phial on them.

During Act 3, players can revisit Alchemist Zylotol and start a new Wish, called Advanced Alchemy. This will have Hornet explore the Wormways, to extract Plasmified Blood from bugs who are infected with Plasmium.

Upgrades into Plasmium Phial

Upon completion of the quest, returning the filled Needle Phial to Zylotol will reward players with the Plasmium Phial. This is a red tool that allows Hornet to extend her Mask Bar, offering a temporary health boost upon usage.
