How to Get Druid's Eyes
Get All 7 Mossberries

All 5 Mossberries can be found in Moss Grotto, 4 around the Bone Bottom area, and one in Bone Grave, which you can access through Wormways or by using Cling Grip. Another Mossberry can be found in the Weavenest Atla, though you will need the Needolin to access this area.
To get the final Mossberry, you'll need to progress enough into Act 2 to get to the Memorium area, where you will be able to find the last one to get all 7 Mossberries.
Give all the Mossberries to Moss Druid

Once you've collected all the Mossberries, talk with the Moss Druid in Moss Grotto. After giving the Moss Druid the 7th Mossberry, you'll be able to upgrade your Druid's Eye into Druid's Eyes.

How to Use Druid's Eyes
Get Hit to Increase Silk
Druid's Eyes effect is similar to Druid Eye, where getting hit will allow you to regenerate Silk. For this upgraded version of Druid's Eyes, Hornet regenerates twice as much Silk.

It's a bug in the code or something. Just try talking to the Druid again later and eventually the Druid will let you sell her the Berries for rosaries. Once she lets you start selling them, sell them all and she'll give you the Druid's Eyes.
