Defeat the Gauntlet of Craws

Threefold Pin Location

The area where you pick up the Threefold Pin is located high above the Craw's Den in Craw Lake. Enter the den and defeat the gauntlet of craws to unlock balloons all over Greymoor. Hornet can pogo off these balloons, giving her access to the higher areas in Greymoor where the tool can be found.

Players will then need to use these Balloons to traverse vertically. While Hornet's default downward slash can be difficult to use, acquiring the Wanderer Crest can make this easier.

At the top, drift down while hugging the right wall to find a platform guarded by a Tallcraw. Defeat or avoid the Tallcraw, then enter the room behind it to collect the Threefold Pin.

How to Use Threefold Pin

Attack Large Bosses Up Close

The Threefold Pin can be used on bosses to get bursts of damage in between attacks. At range, you can expect to hit large enemies with one or two pins, while firing them up close will allow Hornet to deal quick damage with all three pins in succession.

Take Down Flying Enemies

Threefold Pins fire in a straight line, with two of the pins angled upwards. This can prove useful in gauntlets and boss fights that make use of summons, as this can quickly mow down enemies.
