Garlic Cloves can be obtained by using your Silver Spade in digging spots throughout the City of Ephyra.

Garlic is obtained by planting Garlic Cloves. Like all other Greeneries, these take some time to grow, so go for a couple more runs while waiting for the plant to reach full maturity.

Best Incantations to Get First
Garlic is one of the ingredients used for the Incantation Rite of Social Solidarity which will add the Crossroads Taverna as a new wing to the Crossroads.
Garlic can also be used to further unlock plots for your garden by completing the Verdant Soil Incantation.
