Just a little FYI, please find a better Digimon to use besides ToyAgumon. At this point of the story, we cannot obtain ToyAgumon since we cannot get his Digivolution line. He can only be obtained from Choromon then Kapurimon, and those can only be obtained during Chapter 7, and this is only Chapter 3.
The same might be true for when you used Dark attacks. You might have been using Vaccine Digimon which are effective against Virus. This makes it look like Dark is effective (shows as 150%) when in reality it's mainly because you used a Vaccine Digimon.
Upon testing again, the page has the correct weakness/resistance chart for Greymon (Blue) boss version. Since Greymon (Blue) is a Virus Digimon, it might be that you used Ice/Water attacks with a Data Digimon making it look like it was resistant to those elements. Virus is resistant to Data so when you use Ice/Water attacks from Data Digimon on Greymon (Blue), the elemental effectiveness cancels out since he is more resistant to Data than he is weak to Ice/Water.
He is also 1.5 weak to Dark, so it may be that the symbols are accidentally swapped on the stat image/sheet
Might want to update this, I used ice and water attacks on the boss version and it showed that he was resistant to those attacks.
