There are six Order of the Ancients members that you'll need to find and assassinate first in order to unlock The Lyre, or Tatfrid, as a target.
Once all targets have been eliminated, the identity and location of The Lyre will be revealed.

Killing The Lyre is a simple task to do, as you will simply have to assassinate him where you find him in Grantebridge. Simply walk up to him and attack to quickly end his life.
