You need to first enter Skrymir's Mitten; travel the halls until you get to a section of the hallway with a thick pillar in the middle. Move around the pillar until the illusion breaks. Get through the new section, and you'll see a breakable wooden panel. Break it to get to the chest.

Inside of Skrymir's Mitten, you must reach the elevated platform at the far end of the area, the one with Thor's Cauldron in it. Once there, move the block towards the pillar with a tightrope attached to it on top. Climb it and move across the rope to the chest.
