You can obtain this Nickel Ingot inside the Cavern of Trials, east part of Cent. You have to unlock two doors before getting to the chest containing the ingot. Get them on the first and second rooms (from top to bottom), hanging on a chain. Loot the chest to get the ingot after getting inside.
