Where to Find Magister's Trousers?

Location	Oxeneforda

Go to Oxeneforda and find the tallest building. Look the stained glass windows midway up and shoot an arrow at it. Go through it, look for flimsy wood on the ceiling, shoot it with a bow and climb through it. There should be a movable object and view of something suspending the chandelier in the room past it. Shoot the suspending object so the chandelier falls, move the object, and find the chest there.
