The quest starts in Raventhorpe (formerly Halfdan's Settlement) after Sigurd and the crew reclaimed the abandoned settlement from bandits.

Quest Walkthrough

1 Settling Down - Speak to Gunnar.pngEnlarge Talk to Gunnar - Talk to Gunnar after a short cutscene with Sigurd.
- Sigurd will task you with aiding Gunnar in building his forge.
- Gunnar will give you a map of nearby monasteries which you can raid and pillage resources from.
2 Settling Down - Take command of the longship.pngEnlarge Take command of the longship - Head to the docks and sail to a nearby monastery with your longship.
- A brief tutorial regarding Raid mechanics will be presented as soon as you enter the longship.
3 Settling Down - Raid and find resources.pngEnlarge Raid and gather supplies - Initiate a raid at a nearby monastery.
- The raid will be considered complete once all wealth chests in the immediate area have been pillaged.
TIP: Be mindful of a monastery's suggested power level. Raid one that is close to your own power level.
4 Settling Down - Return to the settlement.pngEnlarge Return to the settlement - Sail back towards Raventhorpe with the supplies.
- Help Gunnar build his forge.
5 Settling Down - Speak to Sigurd.pngEnlarge Speak to Sigurd - Head to the longhouse and speak with Sigurd.
- He will show you your room in Raventhorpe.
6 Settling Down - Get acquianted with your room.pngEnlarge Get acquainted with your room Interact with the various items in your room (Message Box, Raventhorpe's status letter, and bed).
7 Settling Down - Meet Sigurd at RowanEnlarge Speak to Sigurd at Rowan's stable - Go to Rowan's stable and speak with Sigurd to trigger a cutscene.
- The quest completes after the cutscene.
