Might: 16 Range: 1 Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). For unit and allies within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on unit, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+X (for unit, X = 15; for allies, X = 5), neutralizes effects that grant "Special cooldown charge +X" to foe or inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit or ally, and grants Special cooldown charge +1 to unit or ally per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack). Unit deals +25 damage (excluding area-of-effect Specials), reduces damage from foe's attacks by 15 (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and reduces damage from foe's Specials by an additional 15 (excluding area-of-effect Specials) during combat, and restores 7 HP to unit after combat. Unit can use the following 【Style】: Scendscale Style |
|
Cooldown Count = 5 When Special triggers, boosts damage by X% of the greater of unit's or foe's Atk (if unit has weapon-triangle advantage, X = 80; otherwise, X = 70). Reduces damage from foe's first attack by 40% ("first attack" normally means only the first strike; for effects that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the first and second strikes) and inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack), and also, if unit has weapon-triangle advantage, grants Special cooldown count-2 to unit and inflicts Special cooldown count+2 on foe before unit's first attack during combat (cannot exceed foe's maximum Special cooldown). |
|
Enables 【Canto (Dist. +1; Max 4)】. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25% or if unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+9 to unit and deals +7 damage during combat (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and also, if unit's Spd > foe's Spd, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks during combat. At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25% and unit is within 3 spaces of an ally, grants an additional Atk/Spd+3 to unit during combat. |
|
Unit attacks twice (even if foe initiates combat, unit attacks twice). At start of turn, and after unit acts (if Canto triggers, after Canto), inflicts Spd/Def-7, 【Exposure】, and 【Sabotage】 on closest foes and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes through their next actions. Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 on foe, unit deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and reduces damage from foe's attacks by 20% of unit's Spd (excluding area-of-effect Specials) during combat. If unit’s HP > 1 and foe would reduce unit's HP to 0 during combat, unit survives with 1 HP (once per combat; does not stack with non-Special effects that allow unit to survive with 1 HP if foe's attack would reduce HP to 0). |
|
At start of turn, unit can move 1 extra space (that turn only; does not stack). If unit or foe initiates combat after moving to a different space, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd/Def/Res = number of spaces from start position to end position of whoever initiated combat (max 3) and neutralizes foe's bonuses (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat. |
| Scendscale Style |
|---|
| Unit can attack foes 3 spaces away (unit cannot attack adjacent foes). Unit deals +10 damage during combat (excluding area-of-effect Specials). Cannot move through spaces within 3 spaces of foe that has triggered the Bulwark effect (does not apply if unit has a Pass skill). Unit suffers a counterattack if any of the following conditions are met: foe is armored with Range = 1, or foe can counterattack regardless of unit's range. After-combat movement effects do not occur. Skill effect's Range is treated as 1. Once used, this Style cannot be used for two turns. 【Style】 Change Style using the Style button at the bottom of the screen. A unit's Style is only active when that unit is taking an action. When unit is equipped with a skill that has a Style, unit will not be able to use skills like Duo Skills or Harmonized Skills. Style use is disabled when unit is deployed using Pair Up or when unit is equipped with multiple skills that have a Style. |
| Harmonized Skill |
|---|
| Grants 【Resonance: Blades】to unit and allies from the same titles as unit. Grants another action to a certain target, and if Canto has already been triggered, re-enables Canto (if there are allies from the same titles as unit on the map who have already acted, targets ally with the highest HP among those allies; otherwise, targets unit; if multiple targets meet the conditions, effect will not trigger). (Harmonized Skills can be used by tapping the Harmonized button. Harmonized Skills cannot be used by units deployed using Pair Up.) |

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Harmonized Brave Celica are +Spd and -Res. Spd is Celica's most important stat and helps her prevent follow-up attacks from the fastest metagame foes while also generating follow-up attacks against most other foes. Spd is also the basis for some of Celica's base kit skills, like Swift Specter's Null Follow-Up effect and Wild at Heart's bonus true damage and true damage reduction.
Res is Celica's least important stat and can be safely taken as a bane. Reducing her Res won't impact her matchups against enemies that deal significant magic damage.

Harmonized Brave Celica comes with a great base kit already geared towards offensive pressure. The Emblem Edelgard Ring improves Celica's offensive potential by allowing her to attack multiple times in one turn. Celica's survivability completely relies on her Miracle effect, thus we boost up offense as much as possible.

Note: Stats bonuses from skills are not taken into account.
Harmonized Brave Celica is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
| Condition(s) | Effect |
|---|---|
| Always | ・Accelerated Special trigger ・Grants Celica +7 HP post-combat healing |
| For Celica and allies within 3 rows and 3 columns | ・Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+15 to Celica and Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to allies during combat ・Grants a full Tempo effect ・Grants Special cooldown charge +1 per attack |
| In combat, grants Celica |
・+25 bonus true damage ・+15 bonus true damage reduction ・+15 bonus true damage reduction from foe's Specials |
Scendscale Style allows Celica to attack foes 3 spaces away and grants her +10 bonus true damage per attack. Combined with the brave effect of Wild at Heart, this allows Celica to quickly burst down her foes with ease.
Sisters' Blade carries most of the effects that modern weapons bring to powerful units.
The Tempo and Breath effects allow Celica and her allies to quickly accumulate Special cooldown charges, triggering their Specials in combat and dealing massive damage to enemies.
| Condition(s) | Effect |
|---|---|
| Always | ・Grants Celica a brave effect, attacking twice per hit |
| At start of turn AND After Celica's actions |
・Inflicts Spd/Def-7, 【Exposure】, and 【Sabotage】 on closest foes and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes |
| In combat |
・Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 onto Celica's foe ・Grants Celica bonus true damage and true damage reduction equal to 20% of her Spd ・Grants Celica a Miracle effect (once per combat) |
Wild at Heart's effects are tied towards improving offensive potential while giving Celica a Miracle effect to have her survive combat despite her low bulk.
Harmonized Brave Celica's low defensive stats and lack of sufficient damage redution effects make her reliant on Wild at Heart's Miracle effect to survive combat.
If an opponent can trigger the Miracle effect in one hit, they can then use a follow-up attack to knock out Celica. Keep Celica away from these foes to ensure her survival!
