9.5 and She has Built in Desperation, Wings of Mercy, her B skill is Occultist Strike and Fatal Smoke combined, She wins Speed Checks, She Gets up to 4 attacks per turn and she nukes. You sure This is 9.5? She inflicts debuffs using Anathema on enemies gets Insane Atk speed, Perfect counter for half the meta and shes 9.5? Am I missing anything? She grants allies the effect of Wings of Mercy, Throw in Emblem Celica, and find any seal going for her and she kills Everything.
