When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Ninja Shez (F) are +Spd and -Res. Ninja Shez (F)'s base 49 Spd is tied for the fastest in the game (as of the time of her release) and should be maximized in order to allow her to quad attack most of her foes.
Shez's Res stat is a clear dump stat at only base 25 and can be safely taken as a bane as it won't impact any of her matchups.
