When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Höðr are +Res and -Def. Res is the basis for Dusk Rifle's true damage effect, Ice Wall's bonus damage, and Atk/Def Discord's Res check, making it Höðr's most important stat. Additionally, good support skills like Havoc skills also rely on a Res check, and improving Höðr's Res makes those skills more reliable.
A more offensively built Höðr can also use a +Atk IV, however, we prefer boosting Res as it improves Höðr both offensively and defensively.
Def is Höðr's least important stat and can be safely taken as a bane.
We recommend +Res when merging Höðr up to +10 for similar reasons above.

Höðr makes great use of Havoc skills to provide additional support on top of Dusk Rifle and Truth Keeper. Atk/Def Havoc would be her ideal B skill but it isn't released yet.

This is a more offensive based Höðr, equipping an offensive skill on her B slot instead of a support skill like Discord or Havoc. Sly Mirror provides additional true damage to help punch through modern units with true damage reduction effects.

Höðr is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Höðr's exclusive weapon Dusk Rifle grants Res+6, 【Bonus Doubler】, and a 50% damage reduction piercing effect to Höðr and allies within 2 spaces at the start of both player and enemy phase.
After start-of-turn effects trigger on enemy phase, Dusk Rifle converts stat penalties into stat bonuses and cleanses two 【Penalty】 effects from Höðr and all allies within 2 spaces.
In combat, Dusk Rifle grants Höðr up to Atk/Spd/Def/Res+14 (based on 5 + number of allies within 3 rows or 3 columns x 3), bonus true damage equal to 20% of Höðr's Res, a guaranteed follow-up attack, and a Preempt Pulse effect.
Dusk Rifle is a fantastic support weapon, providing bonuses and cleansing penalties away while also giving Höðr decent combat potential.
List of Status Effects: Bonuses and Penalties
Höðr's exclusive C skill Truth Keeper destroys the foe's Safety Fence (O) after the first combat on the current map, whether Höðr herself or her allies are involved in that combat.
This effect is a direct counter to the current Aether Raids Offense metagame of abusing Safety Fence (O) by defeating key enemies and then retreating back to the range of Safety Fence (O) to prevent the Defense from acting.
Truth Keeper also grants all allies within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on Höðr Atk/Res+5, +7 true damage reduction on foe's first attack, and 7 HP post-combat healing. This effect has a long range and allows Höðr to support her allies even from across the map.
In combat, Truth Keeper grants Höðr Atk/Res+5, up to +15 bonus true damage, +7 true damage reduction on all of her foe's attacks, up to Special cooldown count -2 before her first attack, and 7 HP post-combat healing.
Truth Keeper is a powerful C skill that provides valuable support and counters the Aether Raids Offense metagame by destroying Safety Fence (O), making it a must-equip skill.
As a flying unit, Höðr takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Wow, y'all actually listed reposition on a 2 range unit's suggested build? I was always putting draw back on range 2 heroes when I was new to the game because that's what y'all always suggested, but it never helped at all. I started to just put reposition on everyone, & it's been much more useful.
