Null Follow-Up is essential for most speedy units. We didn't recommend it here because it's easy to outsource (through skills like Inf. Null Follow 4) and Potent Finish helps mitigate the lack of NFU in cases where Lapis's natural follow-up is neutralized. Null Follow-Up 3 as a Sacred Seal can also work if opting to run Summer Lapis without Emblem Eirika Ring.
I'm still confused on why some heroes, like this one, don't have null follow up, & it's not even recommended as a seal. Why do some need it while others don't?
**sorry, the share spoils+ & 10 dmg & shadow swap are only on initiate, but i meant the stats & DR**
everything on her weapon works of she initiates "or is within 2 spaces of an ally." Every other skill works on both phases. Her special is the only thing that possibly may not work, & 40% is lots of DR, but the way it's worded, it's possible that only the special skip requires her to initiate. I only have that on Valentine's Dmitri, & haven't had him attacked enough to know whether the DR procs on defense phase.
**can't work again on anyone until reapplied on another turn**
very helpful, thanks. So, even though the status is applied to more than just the target, can it only give a unit an extra turn once total (after it works on anyone with it it can't work again until reapplied in another turn), or will it work once for each foe who has the status? I wish they would let people with English as a 1st language create descriptions for the US version of the game, instead of just having to translate it.
D-Counter Echo is definitely not her best echo skill. While she is pretty bulky with a WHOPPING 42 TRUE DAMAGE REDUCTION, that is upon initiating, and she is clearly a player phase unit. D-Counter would help if you tried making her into an enemy phase tank, but her kit CLEARLY is for player phase.
Both Share Spoils and Share Spoils+ stack when it comes to the stat penalty effect, and they count as separate penalties for skills that count Bonuses and Penalties. They do not stack for the extra action effect. Bridal Lapis's Wildflower Edge only applies Share Spoils on the target foe, while Summer Lapis's Haulin' Harpoon applies Share Spoils+ to the target foe and nearby foes. Those are the only differences between the two.
Why did they need to create an identical status, but change it's name? What's the point of making it a "+"? I don't aee any difference from the bridal lapis status effect.
