It is possible to clear this map with a Hit and Run strategy if the team is properly built.
Using units with multiple actions, clear as many enemies as you can on the first turn while remaining out of range of the enemies. A ranged cavalry unit on the leftmost starting tile can reach the enemies right away, and following up with a 3-movement refresher unit allows you to clear both the Green Manakete and the Lance Cavalier immediately. However, defeating the Lance Cavalier puts you in range of Eikþyrnir; use a Canto effect to retreat to safety afterwards and keep yourself out of range.
Slowly take down the enemies whenever possible while ensuring that your units are outside the danger area of the enemies.
Heiðrún is very bulky and most likely cannot be defeated in one combat. Instead, use ranged units to whittle down her HP over time, and then retreat to safety using movement assists and refresher units.
Keep Heiðrún's Divine Nectar in mind, as her allies can use movement assists and generate extra actions afterwards which may be able to reach your units!
If Heiðrún is the last enemy remaining, Divine Nectar will fail to trigger, making her easier to defeat in combat.
An enemy phase tanking strategy is possible in this map, but requires proper support to be able to withstand Eikþyrnir's attacks.
The easiest method to clear this map with an enemy phase strategy is to field both a Near Save and a Far Save unit, a healer, and a ranged glass cannon unit. The glass cannon unit's job is to defeat Eikþyrnir in one combat, while the other three protect your team from all attacks.
Once Eikþyrnir is in range, use your ranged glass cannon unit to bring him down, and then retreat back to the safety of your Savior tanks.
Heiðrún is very bulky, but she does not hit hard enough to be able to defeat your tank units in one round. It is very likely she will be the last foe remaining on the map after your Savior tanks have cleared the rest of the enemies. Once she is alone, Divine Nectar will fail to trigger and she will lose her pre-combat healing and one damage reduction effect.
Slowly whittle her down using your glass cannon ranged unit and she will eventually fall.

I used the team in the picture in that exact placement when starting the battle. Not the most viable bc it is rng dependent on how H moves in the beginning. As long as he doesn’t start attacking within the first 3 turns you will be able to clear enough enemies to take him out. Then avoid E whilst clearing the rest of the enemies. Once she’s the last one she’s finally vulnerable to your attacks. Just make sure you’re attacking with Gullveig bc H will counterattack and kill your melee units. GL
