It is possible to clear this map with an offensive strategy if the team is properly built.
Due to Mythic Loki's Divine Deceit shutting down Bonus effects from units with multiple bonuses active, it is recommended to either build the team to ensure only 2 Bonus effects are active, or bring along a refresher unit or two to grant additional turns to your offensive units.
A unit like Winter Edelgard, despite being the strongest offensive unit in the game, struggles on this map without appropriate support because Raging Tempest provides two Bonuses at the start of the turn. If the player isn't careful, a third Bonus effect could be applied, allowing Divine Deceit to shut all of them down and render Winter Edelgard immobile.
However, players can exploit AI behavior to allow Winter Edelgard to sweep this map, even through Divine Deceit.
Position your units in a 2x2 square on the bottom-most part of the third and fourth columns on turn one, with Winter Edelgard on the top-left portion of this ball and a refresher unit below her. On the top-right portion of this ball should be a strong magical nuker that can defeat the Axe Knight in one round. Ninja Sanaki is preferred if you have a copy, but isn't necessary.
On the enemies' first turn, they will move and approach your units.
On your second turn, use the magical nuker unit to defeat the Axe Knight, and then use Winter Edelgard and the refresher unit to charge straight through the enemies on the third column, defeating everyone in her path up until Winter Edelgard reaches Mythic Loki and defeats her too.
You can then clear through the rest of the map with ease, taking care to avoid getting into the threat ranges of the enemies.
If Winter Edelgard isn't available, you can use similar units with repeated actions, such as offensive units with Galeforce or Duo Skills that grant them extra turns, or units like Gullveig that can act multiple times in one turn.
In this case, a Hit and Run strategy may serve the player better, retreating after every attack to the bottom of the map. All the reinforcements spawn at the top part of the map, leaving the bottom portion safe for the player to retreat to.
An enemy phase tanking strategy is possible in this map, but requires proper teambuilding to avoid getting crippled by Divine Deceit.
The easiest method is to field Elimine with the Phantom Res 3 Sacred Seal to prevent Divine Deceit from inflicting 【Gravity】, 【Ploy】, and 【Exposure】 onto your tank units, while ensuring that the tank units receive no more than two Bonus effects maximum.
Brave Corrin (F) is a good tank unit for this purpose, as she does not grant herself any 【Bonus】 effects to help her reduce incoming damage. Instead, she applies 【Divine Vein (Stone)】 onto nearby terrain, letting the terrain mitigate damage dealt to her instead.
Keep Elimine in the third column while keeping your Savior Ball in the middle of the map to ensure that Staff of the Saint triggers on Mythic Loki every time!
With Mythic Loki's powerful debuffs taken care of, none of the enemies on this map are too threatening. They can be dealt with easily once Mythic Loki is out of the picture.
If Elimine isn't available, instead we recommend using an Omnitank unit with self-sustain such as Emblem Ike to tank the entire map, along with one offensive unit with post-combat mobility to protect the supports when enemies get into range.
The Omnitank unit should rely on Def and Res to tank attacks instead of Spd, as 【Exposure】 will leave a huge dent due to the number of enemies present on this map.
Position support units behind your Omnitank unit, while keeping the supports out of range of the enemies. All of the reinforments on this map spawn at the top, allowing players to keep their support units at the bottom and out of range of the enemies.
