Despite Rearmed Reinhardt being the star of this banner, Tina is the best unit on this banner, with her Thief staff still being relevant in today's metagame.
Rearmed Reinhardt's burst potential has diminished over time, with better tanks and defensive skills being released into the game. Meanwhile, Tina and her Thief staff remain relevant, even more so as stronger 【Bonus】 effects are released, allowing Tina to steal those bonuses and provide them to her team.
