Severa Builds and Best IVsComment

>>1 the only way i can judge when looking at the heroes is if there's a comment, it tells how old the comment is, or if it has a community feedback section, that means it's a newer page than those who don't. Otherwise, when a newer player looks at these ratings, (as we get more & more heroes & look them up), some appear wildly inaccurate &/or nonsensical, compared to the current meta. Sure, long time players can tell the difference, but why would they need to visit a site like this?

I don't see how this severa gets a 9.0 & "A" rating, while spring severa gets a 9.0 & "S"... this has much better inheritance options, so i can only guess that the spring version was released first, & the rating at the time was better compared to other units released around the same time? ...& no one ever comes back & updates the ratings to apply to the current meta? That would probably be too much effort to expect, but the least y'all could do is put dates on the ratings, because as it is...
