Rearmed Plumeria is the best hero on this banner, both in performance and in inheritance.
As a Rearmed hero, Rearmed Plumeria will not be found in the regular summoning pool and can only be acquired in events where she is a focus hero.
Rearmed Plumeria brings Arcane Euphoria, a new Arcane Blue Tome, as well as other valuable inheritable skills like Still Water 4, Wings of Mercy 4, and the new Def/Res Ploy 3 which is a direct counter to Legendary Robin (M).

This summoning event has up to two sparks, allowing players to acquire two focus units easier than usual banners. However, the only hero we recommend on this banner is Rearmed Plumeria.
We suggest players summon only blue orbs to acquire multiple copies of Rearmed Plumeria up until the first spark, upon which to get another Rearmed Plumeria and then stop summoning from there.
