    I think now he may be a 9.0 again. If you build him with Duelist's Blow from Attuned Ryoma, Potent Finish 4 or Laguz Loyalty, and top him off with Atk/Spd Faith, he will sustain more than enough to hit the potent finish follow ups. If you run potent finish, godlike reflexes is your best friend. If you run laguz loyalty, run gust. Both give stustainablility and don't require you to give up his core strategy of a front line unit. In fact, adding in the tempest echo pushes him to 9.5 range.

    After the recent score updates, it's hard to believe this hero is still an 8.5.
