The new Duo Hero featured in this banner is Halloween Sothis.

She is a Blue Flying Dragon with a loaded kit ready to go out of the box. Her weapon, Eerie Scripture, has multiple effects that all work together to make her a formidable unit.

Her Duo Skill also grants the Null Follow-Up effect to herself and nearby allies. However, unlike the regular Null Follow-Up 3 skill, this buff is reliant on the buffed unit having a higher Spd stat than his/her foe.
