    If you don't have a merged up Wind legendary hero, I recommend merging. If you already have one, fodder your spare Micaiah.

    I have 2 Micaiah's, should I fodder one off? I would get good IVs.

    I feel like L! Micaiah is vastly underscored. She’s a glass cannon that one-shots 80% of units I’ve run across using her. Pair her with solid tanks with “Save” C-Skills (I use Fjorn for Far Save and Brave Edelgard for Near Save) and preferably Peony as your dancer? You got an unstoppable fleet.
