What is Stamina?

Stamina is the resource that enables you to do several different maps.

More difficult maps may require more Stamina to consume so keep in mind your consumption!

Stamina is Needed in These Maps!

Stamina is consumed in the following maps:

• All Story and Paralogue maps
• Special Training maps
• Training Tower maps

Can You Increase the Stamina Limit?

You Can Carry over Excess Stamina

Excess Stamina is carried over, temporarily increasing the maximum amount that you can have.

As shown in the example above, using a Stamina potion while having some leftover added the excess, making it 172/99 Stamina.

It's Not Known If the Cap Will Be Increased Again

Maximum Stamins used to be capped at 50 but has since been raised to 99.

Currently, it's unknown whether this cap to be increased again, though we can speculate that perhaps if we are given more game modes, they'll increase this.

How to Restore Stamina

Stamina Recovers Over Time

Stamina recovers at a pace of 1 Stamina point per 5 minutes, which means to get to about 10 Stamina, you'll need to wait around 50 minutes.

You Can Refill Stamina Instantly With Stamina Potions or Orbs

You can recover 99 Stamina by using a Stamina Potion or 1 Orb.

Where to Farm Stamina Potions

Stamina potions are given as login rewards every Tuesday and Fridays.

You can also get them as Quest rewards and can be exchanged using 100 MyNintendo Points.
