Sorry Reinhardt fans, the best unit in this banner is Soiree Ishtar. In addition to the ability of being able to attack twice upon initiation with Mögþrasir, she has access to Swift Sparrow 3 which makes her a formidable enemy phase unit.

The ability to take out enemies on top of her supporting ability is what makes her great. The flying mobility is just the cherry on top of this solid unit!
