The best IVs for Hestia are +Atk and -Def. Boosting Atk improves Hestia's damage output, which is sorely needed due to her lack of an exclusive weapon to call her own.

Def is a clear dump stat and should be the bane of choice as it is very difficult to salvage Hestia's low Def stat.

+Atk for a +10 merge

We recommend +Atk when merging Hestia up to +10 to maximize her damage output as much as possible.

Hestia is a ranged magic attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Hestia Strengths

Blárdeer+ creates an Atk stat swing and slows down foe's Special charges

Hestia's inheritable weapon Blárdeer+ grants her Atk+5, inflicts Atk-5 onto her foe, and slows down her foe's Special cooldown charges in combat.

While not stellar, this weapon can function well on enemy phase heroes and improves both bulk and damage output.

Hestia Weaknesses

Low Physical Bulk

Hestia's physical bulk is lackluster with only base 40 HP and base 23 Def. Additionally, her Spd is middling at only base 31.

Any decent physical attacker can bring her down in one hit, especially faster units that can create follow-up attacks against Hestia's average Spd stat.

Keep Hestia away from physical attackers to ensure her survival.

Lack of Unique Skills

Hestia suffers from not having any unique skills to call her own, making her unable to stand out amongst other units.

Blue Tome Infantry units are quite abundant in the game, and lacking an exclusive weapon makes Hestia replaceable by better units.
