yes I totally agree she has both good atk and spd but disgusting def and res, a good 9.5 unit but definitely not 9.9.
I don’t think Ninja Lyn deserves 9.9 because if Y Caeda is 9.0 because of bad def and hardy bearing seal, Ninja Lyn has weakness to bad def and null follow up. She is good but not 9.9.
I fully agree w/ this, There's no way +1 Movement and Blue buff requirements is better than double dance and +10 atk during combat
Legendary Edelgard is listed as a green breath unit in this tier list. Incase no one caught it before, she should be green axe
They fixed it for the overall list, but he's still listed as Infantry in the colorless tier list. nbd just wanted to point it out
I would probably vote NY Peony as the best unit. It's pretty absurd that she is currently rated worse than Legendary Azura.

Better questions: -Why is Brave Edelgard 9.9 AND Brave Ephraim (who is a better tank) 9.0? -Why is Brave Edelgard 9.9 AND Brave Ike (who is a better tank) 9.5? -Why is Brave Edelgard 9.9 AND Valentines Gustav (who is a better tank) 9.5? Legendary Alm is on par with Legendary Celica Good luck outclassing Lynja, currently she is the strongest ranged unit in the game
Lyn is the new fyorm shes good but she will be over shadowed in a few months Her kit is only good cuz of her numbers Out classed by most units
Also why is legendary alm in 9.5 when his the only unit that ignores defense

I will kindly disagree with your points without any counterpoints so this can stop, I see way too much fighting about CYL, this is no better.
No, 9.9 is not for the best on *BOTH* sides of combat. Ninja Lyn is one of the most brainless units, as the best galeforcer and WoM enabler unit in the entire game (Lynforce in AR): Plus, she scores as 190 in Arena and can consistently kill all the top units but BHector
Lyn is best dagger no doubt, but no way 9.9, any of the other 9.9 units (excluding L!Azura) can tank her in arena, shes useless on defense, nearly useless in AD and just not as good as the others, 9.5 is fair I reckon but 9.9 is a spot reserved for only the best on *BOTH* sides of combat
The trend here is they move up the units from 9.5 to 9.9 after a while. They don't seem to put units straight to 9.9. N!Lyn started from 9.5 then after 2 months, she moved to 9.9. Let's see where Peony goes from here.
N!Lyn is the strongest Dagger in the game, she has one of the highest Atk stats in the game, with 38 Base. Even with his base kit she has effectively 66 Base Atk with a brave weapon, but she became one of the strongest units in AR thanks to the Lynforce strategy. She being 9.9 is totally deserved. Now what is disgusting is that L!Azura is 9.9 but NY!Peony 9.5, when effectively a double dancer grants better movement than a +1 movement, and is better in competitive modes like Arena and AR.
