How to Beat Skyview Temple Eye Puzzle

Strategy

Skyview Temple Eye Sentry strategy

How to Beat Eye Sentry
Daze the eye by rotating your sword in a circular manner.

Eye Sentries in Skyview Temple serve as the gatekeepers for some of the dungeon's doors or gates. For the first eye puzzle you will encounter, it is possible to use target lock-on.

This eye door cannot be physically beaten by any weapon, as it will close its eyelids when you attempt to shoot.

To know the weakness of Eye Sentries, you may notice that its iris is only drawing attention to the tip of your sword.

You will know if you are successful once the eye goes red. Afterwards, a small cutscene will play, signaling that you have successfully made the Eye Sentry dizzy. The door or gate will then open.

Every eye must be dazed

While in the dungeon, you will encounter sets of Eye Sentries. To open the gate, all eyes must be dazed at the same time. You can do this by either positioning yourself between the eyes, or using an elevated platform to center their gaze.
