Heart Potion can be obtained from the Potion Shop at the Bazaar. Talk to Luv to purchase the Heart Potion.

Hold down the R Button on the right Joy-Con to bring up the Pouch menu. Point the controller at the Heart Potion and let go of the R Button to equip it.
With the Heart Potion on hand, press the A-button on the right Joy-Con to use it.
