How to Beat Thunder Keese
Block and stun its swoop, then attack it just the same as with normal Keese. Do not use Iron Shields while doing this.

Thunder Keese are variants of Keese found in Lanayru Desert. As the name suggests, they can charge themselves with electricity.

Avoid attacking while electro-charged

Thunder Keese - Electrocution
Using metallic weapons such as Iron Shields and your Sword while Thunder Keese are electro-charged will electrocute you.

Wooden Shields are safe to use for these types of enemies.

Charge your Skyward Strike or Ranged Attacks

Thunder Keese - Skyward Strike
Since attacking Thunder Keese while it is charged will shock you, use ranged weapons such as Bows. The most efficient to use is your Skyward Strike, which will instantly beat Thunder Keese.
